Partnered with founder to create and build UnitedMasters (currently valued at $550M, with over 1.2M artists on platform). Led development of the original business plan, funding (Alphabet, a16z, 21st Century Fox, Apple), strategic brand development, and publicity. Currently serving as a strategic advisor to the founder/CEO.

Helped lead agency growth from 30 to over 150 people. Built and led integrated strategy team, and helped the development of a broad range of culturally-defining creative work. Instrumental in major new business wins from The NBA, Apple Music, Google, The NFL, A/B InBev, McDonald’s, and others.

Led strategic engagements with 20+ clients, including global strategy teams for Samsung, Blackberry, and Delta Airlines. Re-designed the agency’s global approach to brand strategy, and the structure of the US company’s 120 person integrated strategy team.
